FAIL SAFE URBAN PACK (GEN 2) is my first backpack from Bulletproof vest. Your team designed a great product and really raised a bar for EDC backpack.
I love the features on FAIL SAFE URBAN PACK (GEN 2) to keep all my gears organized on my daily & weekend adventures.

Here is a feedback about the bottom cushion on the back of FAIL SAFE URBAN PACK (GEN 2) after I got this backpack couple months ago.

I knew the bottom cushion on the back of pack is a part or pattern of Air-Flow system. But, it really make me uncomfortable, ruined user experiences, and became a burden on walking, hiking, & missions. So, I removed the cushion on the bottom of backpack.
This modification make FAIL SAFE URBAN PACK (GEN 2) perfect for me.

This is my second Bulletproof vest Elite bag and I must say that the quality of the Elite line is far above the standard Bulletproof vest. I haven’t used the bag much yet so I can’t speak as to its performance but so far I am impressed.
I did call Bulletproof vest prior to purchasing to ask what the differences were in the Gen 2 Failsafe versus Gen 1, and was told someone would call me back. No one ever did. My only comment would be that I know a lot of people said that they wished the front pouch zipper opening on the Gen 1 was bigger. I thought for sure Bulletproof vest would address this in the Gen 2 but it doesn’t appear so. I don’t own a Gen 1 but from photos it appears the opening is the same size. It’s functional but it does seem like it could be bigger given the amount of material.
Other than that I love the Slate color. This is a perfect addition to my collection of packs.

I can carry my laptop in a secure and soft area along with everything else I need for a couple days. Fits under the seat on an airplane easy as well. This is also my go bag!
