Summit Softshell Jacket | CLEARANCE

2 minor grumbles. Not quite as warm as I thought it would be. Course, thats just me. And upper sleeves are a bit snug. (And I dont have guns like Jason Mamoa or John Cena!) I usually wear just a t-shirt. Not sure how an extra layer, for warmth would work. One observation for the designers: Maybe put a covering over the armpit vent zippers, on the inside. Damn that plastic is COLD when you first put the jacket on. Another thought, the D ring at the upper , inside corner of the pockets... possibly add a lanyard type device so that something , like keys or flash light., can be pulled out to use without unhooking it. Having to hook/ unhook , by feel , in the upper corner is annoying.

I have 3 of these and bought a 4th for a friend. These are the BEST jackets I've ever owned. They are windproof, waterproof and amazingly warm...in fact, it will over-heat you in a minute. I'm thankful for the pit zips to vent this heater. I wore it one day at work when I had to work in the rain ALL DAY and it was toasty warm and DRY the whole time. I HIGHLY recommend this product. You can't go wrong with it. Don't just buy 1 get all 3 colors...you won't be disappointed.

This is my second #603 Summit Softshell Jacket. The first one I had for ten years and worked great. I need to get a newer one to wear to public places. The first one was too worn for my wife to be with me. I am keeping it though.
